If you are not satisfied with the items received, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition. If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
Warning about returns:
• Valid only if the product was damaged during delivery or is incomplete.
• For hygiene reasons, open-ended clothing, underwear, and cosmetics/creams/oils cannot be returned.

Send the items with the completed return form to the address indicated on the form. Make sure the package has a tracking number. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment.
Step 3: Receive your refund.
Upon receipt of the package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your bank account.
