How to add to cart and proceed to checkout
Select a color and/or size, then click "Add to cart." Of course, you can continue shopping at any time, and you can return to your cart by clicking the cart icon in the upper right corner of the page.
Note: Adding items to your cart does not reserve them.
Ready to check out? Click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner to view your items. On the next page, you can adjust the quantity if needed. Then click the "Checkout" button. You'll be redirected to the payment page where you can enter all your information in one place.
Note: Once your order is finalized, it cannot be modified, as we immediately begin processing to ensure fast delivery.
DELIVERY COSTS
Raskfit covers the shipping costs — you don't pay for postage. However, you are responsible for return shipping costs if you decide to return one or more items.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes! All orders are shipped with Track & Trace . You can track your order via the order status page. A link to this page will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Note: There may be a slight delay before tracking information becomes available.
DELIVERY TIMES
Raskfit strives to deliver products quickly. If you place an order on a weekday before 3 p.m., we aim to process your order the same day. Many items are shipped directly from our suppliers, resulting in an average delivery time of 9 to 15 business days .
INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, which leaves a small window to correct address errors. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have entered an incorrect address.
If the processing time has passed and the package has been shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Raskfit will not be able to send a replacement. However, we will be happy to offer you a 30% discount on a new order . Please contact us at support@raskfit.com .
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please let us know.
An investigation will be opened by the local delivery company 14 days after the stated delivery date , and we will keep you informed throughout the process.
